Immigration Court Representation
We review the case file and deadlines, discuss legal options, and define the applications and hearings the office will handle.
Request an immigration court consultationWe review the case first, then define the services and fees before entering an agreement.

An immigration court case requires review of its history, prior filings, and upcoming deadlines. We examine legal options based on the case's circumstances and explain what the office can undertake. The agreement defines the applications the attorney will prepare and the hearings he will attend. Representation does not include detention or bond cases. Appeals and reopening a prior case require separate review and agreement.
This service is for people seeking an attorney to handle specified work in an immigration court case. We review the case before accepting it, including deadlines, any existing attorney, and the office's capacity to complete the work.
Preparation means reviewing documents and practicing before an interview or hearing. Representation means the attorney performs the legal work specified in the agreement, such as preparing applications or attending specified hearings. Booking preparation alone does not include that work.
01Understanding the record, notices, deadlines, and previous work, and identifying missing information before making a plan.
02Examining defenses or legal options that merit evaluation based on the facts, and explaining where additional evidence or research is needed.
03We organize documents and practice answering truthfully, according to the work specified in the agreement.
04Clearly identifying the applications the office will file, the hearings it will attend, and the follow-up it will provide. The agreement does not automatically include every immigration-related procedure.
Before starting, we confirm that the service is appropriate and that the office can provide it without a conflict with another client's interests. The agreement then sets out the work and fees.
About the Attorney
Clear communication in Arabic
Fady Eskandar is a California-licensed attorney. He personally reviews files, prepares clients, conducts sessions, and performs the agreed legal representation, communicating with clients in Arabic.
The office is in Anaheim. We begin by identifying the service needed and the work the office can undertake, then explain the services and fees before entering an agreement.
We begin by reviewing your inquiry. The office then explains evaluation arrangements and fees before confirming the appointment. After evaluation, the work and fees are defined in an agreement. This page does not offer a single representation price or imply that the consultation is free.
Representation does not include detention or bond cases. Travel, additional hearings, appeals, reopening, and related USCIS matters are addressed separately. Contacting the office does not stop removal, change a hearing date, or mean the case is immediately accepted. The agreement does not include any government fees.
Call the office at the listed number and mention the deadline during initial intake. Do not wait for case acceptance instead of addressing your existing obligations. Around-the-clock emergency availability should not be assumed.
Acceptance is confirmed only after evaluation, conflict review, assessment of the office's ability to perform the work, and agreement on services and fees.
No
These matters require a specific evaluation of the record and procedures.
Not automatically. An appeal requires specific review, a defined scope, and an agreement addressing fees, work, and deadlines.
After evaluating the work, record, expected hearings, and tasks the office will undertake.
No. Requesting a consultation or sending information does not postpone a hearing or filing deadline or stop removal. Any change must be confirmed by the responsible authority.
Contact the office. We explain the appropriate next step, what the service includes and excludes, and its cost.
Sending an inquiry does not mean the office has accepted full representation. It does not pause legal deadlines or change an interview or hearing date.
