We start with the details
Immigration court hearings serve different purposes. Some address case procedures, while others involve testimony and the merits of the case. We therefore review the hearing type, date, and available documents before accepting preparation work. The aim is to help you understand what will be asked of you and explain events truthfully. Preparation sessions alone do not mean the attorney will attend the hearing or represent you in court.
Who is this service for?
This service may suit someone who needs practice answering questions before a judge. The case may instead require an attorney to handle the matter or file documents with the court. If you already have an attorney, we review how to coordinate with them before accepting the work.
How does preparation differ from representation?
Related service: Immigration Court RepresentationPreparation means reviewing documents and practicing before an interview or hearing. Representation means the attorney performs the legal work specified in the agreement, such as preparing applications or attending specified hearings. Booking preparation alone does not include that work.

Service Scope
Preparation does not include hearing attendance, filing court documents, or representation in the case. Assistance with documents intended for filing requires evaluation of the applicable professional requirements. Describing a service as limited does not remove those requirements. The agreement does not include any government fees.
The purpose is to understand the process and explain events truthfully and clearly, not to coach scripted answers or guarantee a result.
Questions Before Getting Started
Does the service include representation at the hearing?
No. Court representation is accepted only under an appropriate agreement and after meeting appearance requirements. Testimony preparation alone does not make the attorney your representative in the case.
What if my hearing date is close?
Inform the office of the date through the appropriate intake channel. We cannot guarantee acceptance of urgent matters, and contacting the office does not postpone any deadline.
Do I need to change my current attorney?
No
Can court documents be prepared?
That is a separate task. It requires defining the work and any requirements for notifying the court of the attorney's role or entering an appearance. It is not automatically included in a preparation session.
Can a witness participate?
The need for witness participation, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, and available time are evaluated before the agreement. A session does not automatically cover every witness.
What are the fees?
Preparation packages are $1,000 for one session, $1,750 for two sessions, and $2,000 for three sessions. The agreement does not include any government fees.
Does requesting the service stop removal or deadlines?
No. Requesting an evaluation does not mean representation has been accepted and does not change a hearing date, filing deadline, or existing legal obligation.
