Citizenship Attorney in Anaheim
Review naturalization eligibility, prepare the application, and understand the interview and testing requirements.

Eligibility comes before filing
Naturalization requires more than holding a green card for a certain number of years. The relevant category, continuous residence, physical presence, travel, good moral character, and other requirements need review. Special rules or exceptions may apply.
Preparing Form N-400
We review the immigration history and information relevant to Form N-400, identify supporting documents, and address questions before filing the work covered by the agreement. Prior applications, extended travel, tax issues, or criminal history may require additional evaluation.
The interview and citizenship test
The interview covers the application and background. English and civics requirements depend on the applicable rules, including the test version tied to the filing date and any qualifying exceptions. We use current USCIS study information rather than assuming one test format applies to everyone.
After the interview
USCIS may approve the application, request more information, or take another action. Citizenship through naturalization generally requires completing the oath process after approval. Processing time varies, and no decision date or outcome is guaranteed.
